Outreach Coordinator

Summary

As an Outreach Coordinator at Safe and Sound Home Care, you will play a vital role in promoting our services and building relationships within the community. This position is essential for enhancing our outreach efforts and ensuring that those in need of our services are aware of the support we provide. The position requires the ability to effectively evaluate care needs and develop care plans for families who enroll in our services. This is a full-time position based out of Hernando, MS, with travel throughout the service area and to other locations in Mississippi required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an upbeat, positive attitude toward helping the elderly live safely and independently at home.

• Build relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and potential clients, as well as fostering a collaborative relationship among team members.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to reach target audiences.

• Evaluate care needs and provide initial assessment of in-home care needs while clearly communicating our services and policies to families.

• Monitor the effectiveness of the outreach program and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.

• Marketing and sales experience that includes community-level outreach and networking.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.

• Familiarity with marketing strategies is a plus.

• College degree from an accredited university or college OR relevant experience in marketing or sales.

• Work history that demonstrates the ability to be responsible and dependable.

• Experience in healthcare, caregiving or related services is a plus.
